Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

JMIETI is not an engineering college but management thoughts that our college is best. But the reality is andhon me kana raja. The selection process for faculties is wrong as I show ever. Most worst thing is that the college management wants placement for students form teachers and teachers don't know how long they are in this college. There is no job stability and security in this college. Qualified teachers always relevaed and unqualified people are working by chatukarita method. That's why this college hace no fature now.
