Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I can share you my experience , When i was joined this company as a fresher i was like a blank page , but Staff of JMB Metal Crafts will helped a lot whether it is a knowledge of the product ,strategy and the way how to convey our product towards the customer , Many times i was failed to achieve my targets there also people helped me a lot to get out from the situation . Here our seniors gives us a proper liberty to work in our own style . Every weekend we have a follow up session . from which we learned a lot and improve our skills and get information about the market situation.
