1. Unnecessary work on weekends just because it is Investment Banking 2. Mandates come from top leadership....no real coverage banking 3. Highly rude, egoistic, insecure and envious people at top leadership 4. Exploitative behaviour, office politics, gossips, talking behind backs, etc. Won't recommend this even to my worst enemy

working here for few months now too much office politics, the deployment is never planned and entire process here is made unnecessarily complicated , too much favouritism like their fav ppl leaves are approved , no need of coming to office ontime or leaving early, dont fall for any review that says anything positive its not true and its not employee friendly, healthy working culture here, no body helps u with basic new joining stuff u need ,just wont recommend anyone fresher or exp to come, u need to be too good to handle all the politics thats all. manager and senior managers treats you like absolute slave. u grow here only if you are extremely good with politics , buttering the upper management no actual skills/intelligence needed. also no proper hierarchy is maintained here within team and organisation.

...letely biased towards seniors. He only listens and accepts whatever seniors say. I will not recommend anyone to work here even if you are getting very good package just for the sake of your mental health

...n worli branch employee have to seat and eat on the desk where u seat for work Most imp if u have vehicle than ready for traffice who take ur vehicle n pay fine again n again coz company does not provide parking facility
