Dependency for applying to better opportunity. Promotion policy, Bonus policy.

Team bonding is poor,increments depends on site profit not on individual performance,Manager motivation & recognition missing.Promotion happening on the seniority wise not on the effort and hard work by an individual.

Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is lot of politics after completion of project. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I am part of technical Team so I went for the new project.

The company is open to innovation in its process I love the fact I was the part of the team of property management it has global clients .

Compensation is less to the work on job trainingis not there for freshers .

It's a great place to work, you will have full freedom to implement your ideas to enhance working experience and it will be cultivated by the team. The team helps you out whenever wherever is required. Overall as an employee I must mention it as a great workplace.

Dislikes

It won't be mentioned as dislike, but yes the salary can be improved as per the global standards and prices are going up. The salary is bit too low to go ahead.
