Every thing related to work on an average , salary received on time and good policy about leave . I worked for 15 months with JLL but could not see any get to gather or staff welfare , training etc. Which can be made better.

The job with JLL is purely client centric and JLL can not do much once client has decided some thing , but it's need of business so no complaints , over all in this segment it's having good reputation and good to work co.

Salary transfer on LWD of every month.

Salary will be credited in time without fail and good supporting managers

Dislikes

There will be no job security as it is dependent on getting new client and contract will be for one year only. And we feel unsecured till the contract renewal happens

Company with good culture and system. will get more opportunities to expose our talents. Good company to work with freedom.

Appraisal system should be standardized. One who having good relationship with the management, they will get good hike, remain will not be treated well Salary package should be aligned with market standards.

You have to be on field on 2 wheelers and the regional Manager wants to boss you and kneel down for her failure. You have to Travel in this scorching heat and yet reply to all client mails. Each guy has 60 plus sites to manage.

Dislikes

No travel expenses, salary not at par with job.
