Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

Dislikes

...to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives. Bottom Line If you don't love your life Join JLL Either you will die with heartattack pr in a car accident in a foggy night.

Environment is pretty cool and work life balance is nice as well.

Polictics and favouritism can be seen in management. Personally for me- My Salary is not as per JLL standard as well and I already raise the request but no one wanted to listen.

I have a work life balance in my process. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers do not value individual' strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes. But the main issue which bothers me all the time that here Managers are very less knowledge so they are no help in case you get stuck in any point related to your process, they have poor people management skills and zero decision making power. Worst part is that there nothing to learn from your supervisors.

the overall culture of the floor is not decent at all. the remuneration is too low. loads of politics. managers favor beautiful girls only and not at to the ones who work in the company.

evverything just concentrating on cost cutting.

1. Work from home. 2. Good for female employees as all benifits and recognition will be considered for mostly female.

Dislikes

1. Favrotism in team by manager specially for female employees. 2. Hike is mostly around 2 to 3 percentage or sometimes no hike. 3. Can't get promotion if your colleagues are working here for morethan 10 years, what wever you will do, how much you have appreciation, nothing will count, all benifits will go to old employees and specially female employees. 4. Bangalore HR is pathetic. 5. If your nature is progressive and proactive then this is not the place for you, but if you don't have any expectation and happy to be stay with out recognition, then this is the place for those persons who can compromise their self respect. 6. Specially JLL TECHNOLOGY is with young lead ship team in Bangalore and they are far away from reality and just enjoying their position. 7. Huge Location descrepensies. 8. JLL HR will suddenly change and lower your designation/ Title from what you have been offered in the name of mass update in workday system after you join.
