Dependency for applying to better opportunity. Promotion policy, Bonus policy.

Job security, Learning and development, process oriented, Technology implementation, knowledgeable sharing platform, Reports, trackers and compliance

Disparity in compensation packages as per the market standards

Meeting client needs by working tirelessly 24X7 and in return JLL ensures our salaries get paid on time.

Dislikes

Upper management seems biased sometimes however people in middle management levels makes up for that.

It is a good reputation organisation world wide and adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation and carrier growth is very slow. Managers have value, and nothing any value of Junior level individuals. There is lacks of good academic educated, competent and down to earth managers. HR is good for nothing, for client based employee.

Likes

It's a great place to work, you will have full freedom to implement your ideas to enhance working experience and it will be cultivated by the team. The team helps you out whenever wherever is required. Overall as an employee I must mention it as a great workplace.

Dislikes

It won't be mentioned as dislike, but yes the salary can be improved as per the global standards and prices are going up. The salary is bit too low to go ahead.
