Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

...to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives. Bottom Line If you don't love your life Join JLL Either you will die with heartattack pr in a car accident in a foggy night.

Environment is pretty cool and work life balance is nice as well.

Polictics and favouritism can be seen in management. Personally for me- My Salary is not as per JLL standard as well and I already raise the request but no one wanted to listen.

It's a great place to work, you will have full freedom to implement your ideas to enhance working experience and it will be cultivated by the team. The team helps you out whenever wherever is required. Overall as an employee I must mention it as a great workplace.

It won't be mentioned as dislike, but yes the salary can be improved as per the global standards and prices are going up. The salary is bit too low to go ahead.

When you deploy on client site . JLL will not take care of you . But salary will be on time

JLL not take care employees who work on client site . Client treat the JLL employees like a GULAM . No work life balance. No Personal life. Even JLL management ask to pay money for notice period buy. No matter how long you work with JLL .

... our money we have involved with our deduction which is affecting our financial. Other companies are paying the salary at what ever time the employees are reliving the job.
