Only Salary JLL disburse on time. Nowadays Overall JLL is average company for Staff camparison to past.

I was working under JLL management. My job was not safe. JLL was not responsible for the same. If I work in JLL, my job will be safe. This is the dislike from my site. Property Manager/Building Manager is like a sandwich. Above seniors, below Juniors and in the middle myself.

System process and work culture is very good. Managers are supportive and have understanding related to site work and escalation.

Appraisal is based on clients budget and company does not increase salary of manpower beyond budgets.

Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

...to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives. Bottom Line If you don't love your life Join JLL Either you will die with heartattack pr in a car accident in a foggy night.
