...ven the COVID situation there was job security from both client site or the JLL. Even though the compensation, medical reimbursement or bonus along with salary are provided on time, but still full facilities are not availed as compared to on- roll JLL employees. So that's the only bitter part of it.

The Company is excellent to work, Good Benefits like Salary, Incentives and other facilities. Working Under JLL is a proud feel for any candidate who is joining in. And who is From Real Estate Background. As JLL is an oldest company in Mumbai Compare to other IPC Companies.

Job Securities is very terrible. As worked under superior like Mrunal Duggar an associate Director was a worst experience . You can be removed any time. Compare to other teams Are excellent, Like Raj Singh, Tushaar Makodi, and other are excellent Superior to work in as they motivate us to do more and more deal. Wish I would had been in team like such guys. I regret that I was under Mrunal Duggar.

There is no Job security how ever you are giving your more then 100%. If one site is closed they will not give you job on other site. Immediately they will Fire you. Worst key account manager.

Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

...to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives. Bottom Line If you don't love your life Join JLL Either you will die with heartattack pr in a car accident in a foggy night.

1. Work from home. 2. Good for female employees as all benifits and recognition will be considered for mostly female.

1. Favrotism in team by manager specially for female employees. 2. Hike is mostly around 2 to 3 percentage or sometimes no hike. 3. Can't get promotion if your colleagues are working here for morethan 10 years, what wever you will do, how much you have appreciation, nothing will count, all benifits will go to old employees and specially female employees. 4. Bangalore HR is pathetic. 5. If your nature is progressive and proactive then this is not the place for you, but if you don't have any expectation and happy to be stay with out recognition, then this is the place for those persons who can compromise their self respect. 6. Specially JLL TECHNOLOGY is with young lead ship team in Bangalore and they are far away from reality and just enjoying their position. 7. Huge Location descrepensies. 8. JLL HR will suddenly change and lower your designation/ Title from what you have been offered in the name of mass update in workday system after you join.
