... humanity. To get promoted one should be a big bucket or by luck with no option. The staff who doesn't know anything about the process will get high salary that to handles minimum work in one site and one who works for pan India or site lead salary will be less than them. I have been promised to get some hike and for 2 years they lied me at last they didn't give it.

Positives depend on the client site the organization deputes one at. During my tenure there was no interaction with the parent company. It was only between us and the client site.

Dislikes

...job is gone due to the client requirement, then the company does not support us. Even if client does not pay charges to JLL, then JLL also does not pay salary. Even when there is a social event happening at JLL the people at site are not welcomed or neither are they informed.
