You have to be on field on 2 wheelers and the regional Manager wants to boss you and kneel down for her failure. You have to Travel in this scorching heat and yet reply to all client mails. Each guy has 60 plus sites to manage.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I love JLL

...ven the COVID situation there was job security from both client site or the JLL. Even though the compensation, medical reimbursement or bonus along with salary are provided on time, but still full facilities are not availed as compared to on- roll JLL employees. So that's the only bitter part of it.
