There is a very familiar environment. The other staffs are very friendly.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. The work pressure is very high but Salary skill is too low. Respect for nurses are very poor. Many Unnecessary works had to do. Facilities for the working staffs are worst.
