Likes

Bad work environment and culture. There is lots of politics & groupism team leader supports those who are employeed by him forms group wth tht guys only. if any employee comes from other source then they are others & all work will done by them only & there guys not do any work only they take alcohol whole ni8 & they all will sleep at day time. There is no any management & owner is not responsive when ur time comes

There is lots of politics & team members are unsupportive the management doesn't address our issues, Salary not credits after very stress full work. There is a 6 months bond provided by HR Executive Miss Surekha Nawik who is the third owner of company she also unresponsive about salary matter. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
