Company focused on continuous improvement. I think that this company will teach you to work at worst situations and makes you a tough person, they carve you to the best of yourself, I am well confident if you work here you can definitely work at any other tyre industry.

Too much customer complaints Company not focused on its product performance Too less career growth, I have worked for more than 1.5 years in the company and I am still at the same place and my compensation is still the same I was getting while joining. Too many bosses creates a fuss Too much work pressure Poor work life balance and work culture

Management is worst, they don't give value for your service, they don't care you at your problem, they were give you hand at critical time without informing.
