They will offer you high package, incentive, fake work life balance, fabricated best work life balance, will try to brainwash you in the training that jk tyre Desh ka tyre like that, but when you come in the field all are opposite. Accutualy, no body wants to purchase jk tyre but we have to pitch forcefully. Customer are purchasing because of less cost and meanwhile it's quality is very poor. New joinees keep in mind that area manager and regional manager will force you do forcefully billing without the consent of dealers, and you have to control and face dealers angers after force billing. At the end yr don't go for that company yrr.

JK Tyre and Industries Ltd. has laid off around 1000 employees from their organisation for Covid-19 pandemic citing the reason that there is insufficiency of fund to keep paying all the employees.

Only good thing about JK Tyre is that salary was always on time, no matter whatever the situation is. And rest of the things is utmost pathetic, No ethics, No proper commitment towards the employees, very toxic work environment. If your thinking of joining the company then you have to forget about your personal life completely, so think about it and then move ahead.

Working culture is very bad, Gurgaon area office Working culture is very worst. Dev rishi and Dheeraj grover having all types politics. Dev rishi is a game player and having chief thinking. All over company is good but my working experience in Gurgaon office was very bad.

I like only one this salary on time . Rest is worst

Dislikes

No work life balance . You have to sit till late night in office at least for 15 days in a month. In month end days you have to be in office for 30 to 35 hours continue . Huge pressure on front line . No support from seniors. Internal politics are very much . You have to be boot licker .

Team and my Area Manager was very good and cooperative. And company provides good scheme and discounts for dealers.

As mentioned work life balance is very poor. Salary and incentives are not good as per work pressure.
