Job security is very poor, During corono time, The Managing Director simply informed 24 management staffs/ plant (Age- 28 to 45, and all are having small kids) must be resign their job without aany notice, at that time Chennai plant HR Rajendren told, after corono they will take you back to job again, so all staffs are staffs are resigned their job desently, but he didn't take back again, he simply tried to give the jobs for fresh people due to low salary, i am still waiting, i called CTP Quality Assurance manager Mr. Purushotuman but he is not take response.

They response and mostly promotion given to Kerala staffs every 2years one time, and also 12% to 20% salary increament every years for Kerala staffs and his own department recommunent staffs only

...rs mess up their juniors careers to save themselves. Too much pressure of sales. Pay is 1/4 of industry average.

... join prestigious company because they shown many dreams at the time of joining. They will offer you high package, incentive, fake work life balance, fabricated best work life balance, will try to brainwash you in the training that jk tyre Desh ka tyre like that, but when you come in the field all are opposite. Accutualy, no body wants to purchase jk tyre but we have to pitch forcefully. Customer are purchasing because of less cost and meanwhile it's quality is very poor. New joinees keep in mind that area manager and regional manager will force you do forcefully billing without the consent of dealers, and you have to control and face dealers angers after force billing. At the end yr don't go for that company yrr.

Team and my Area Manager was very good and cooperative. And company provides good scheme and discounts for dealers.

As mentioned work life balance is very poor. Salary and incentives are not good as per work pressure.

The environment is good. Salary on time. Always provide training of products & certification courses for employee's development. Bosses are all good and will support as well. Policies are employees intrinsic. TA bill on till. No issues for a few days' leave.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are slow as they follow a strict hierarchy. Salary growth is also very slow. No incentives no target achievement. Just 1 or 2 times they launch any policy for incentive in 12 months. No work-life balance.
