They will never try to retain a good employee no matter what. Salary is below market standards Higher management share all the increments among themselves. The pay scale gap is huge.

In jk tyre there is lot of experience faces I see,so in my opinion if any body wants to gain actual knowledge about industries so visit one time in jk tyre.my seniors have a good knowledge in maintenance line.so I want to become a successfull engineer as like my seniors.Thank you

In jk tyre every thing is good.but I think they have to planned for his employes like salary, safety or other demands also. other wise it was fantastic fabulous.GO J.K TYRE keep it up.

... join prestigious company because they shown many dreams at the time of joining. They will offer you high package, incentive, fake work life balance, fabricated best work life balance, will try to brainwash you in the training that jk tyre Desh ka tyre like that, but when you come in the field all are opposite. Accutualy, no body wants to purchase jk tyre but we have to pitch forcefully. Customer are purchasing because of less cost and meanwhile it's quality is very poor. New joinees keep in mind that area manager and regional manager will force you do forcefully billing without the consent of dealers, and you have to control and face dealers angers after force billing. At the end yr don't go for that company yrr.
