Every company has a different working style and culture. but we learn good things about our related jobs in mechanical engineering or other things like work honesty work passion our work dedication to company.but i like to things to our work passion about company first .and I would like those things in jk tyre company promote to work independently and they give open culture to prove yourself and the most important thing is to be a safety point in your work space area or otherwise in plant superb which i like very much in company because before work safety to be first ..that's why i m the part of this company ...

...and most important things in my point of view is payscale is to be very cheap...salary structure is very poor ..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good compensation Respectable job Salary credit on time Good job security if you perform good The company supported a lot during lockdown, I bow down to Mr. Singhania for that. Company focused on continuous improvement. I think that this company will teach you to work at worst situations and makes you a tough person, they carve you to the best of yourself, I am well confident if you work here you can definitely work at any other tyre industry.

Too much customer complaints Company not focused on its product performance Too less career growth, I have worked for more than 1.5 years in the company and I am still at the same place and my compensation is still the same I was getting while joining. Too many bosses creates a fuss Too much work pressure Poor work life balance and work culture
