In jk tyre every thing is good.but I think they have to planned for his employes like salary, safety or other demands also. other wise it was fantastic fabulous.GO J.K TYRE keep it up.

The best part of working here is you can learn as much you can, if your boss is interested in teaching you, you are great to go here. You'll be getting good incentives Training is the best part of it.

Excessive calls and traveling within cities. Poor salary structure No work life balance No self development

Every company has a different working style and culture. but we learn good things about our related jobs in mechanical engineering or other things like work honesty work passion our work dedication to company.but i like to things to our work passion about company first .and I would like those things in jk tyre company promote to work independently and they give open culture to prove yourself and the most important thing is to be a safety point in your work space area or otherwise in plant superb which i like very much in company because before work safety to be first ..that's why i m the part of this company ...

...and most important things in my point of view is payscale is to be very cheap...salary structure is very poor ..

...mation letter after 2.5 year's. 1st year ctc 15000 after 1year increment 1000. In Hand salary 10000 per Month.

DET salary increament is very slowly. Over time vallue system is very poor for DET.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals afe fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
