There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

I think that this company will teach you to work at worst situations and makes you a tough person, they carve you to the best of yourself, I am well confident if you work here you can definitely work at any other tyre industry.
