...realise that everyone having their own quality and calliper to achieve the goal. Salary hike or promotions proper and in time. It would be better if taking feedback of the plant sectional in charge of the department.

There is nothing to like about this company. It is horrible and terrible to work in this type of company.

... and no encouragement to the youngsters. We don't find any professionalism here. Moreover, the pay here is very low as compared to wages given to daily labourers.

Work culture & compensation which an employee need always the same are available here based on the performances. The Company is open on innovation& readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent no doubt but growth rate is slow.

...ees were retained and not a single person was asked to go during the hard times. Salary were paid as usual though the production was reduced. The covid guidelines were followed strictly and people were given all necessary medical help as required.

The career growth is slow and the compensation though competitive in paper industry but it is not par with other manufacturing industries

Such thirld class it's my bad luck when I was joined this company where if you complaint or advice to corrected any wrong things their mangement misbehave with me. And foolish corporate mangement also never transfer policy people enjoying with and playing with company. And accounts department of all jk paper Ltd out of control and no policy and people in only CHAPLUSI. They don't have any proper planing and their financial become only on RAM BHAROSE.

...ing are bad in account department. Please don't waste your time in jk paper Ltd. No good accomodation no good food no good salary overall it's not for a professional person
