There is nothing to like about this company. It is horrible and terrible to work in this type of company.

... and no encouragement to the youngsters. We don't find any professionalism here. Moreover, the pay here is very low as compared to wages given to daily labourers.

Jk company is very good for begainer,and a lot of things to be trained and have to do hard work,principle environment for doing job.

Salary is not good as per work and designation.No transept facilities I'd being given.

...m.be filled up twice a year and periodical trainings are also privided in HRD .Salary is ok and received timely.Work is worship so if u efficiently work here for some years it will be an asset for u for learning of work point of view and u canbe worjed any where easily.A big play ground with flood light system,club,etc surrounded with full of coconaut trees throughout the field and environment friendly campus.

Proper KRAs won't be told, they do not understand about the potential between people with different qualifications. Even ab MBA student from good B-school can be asked to do a clerical job. This organisation does not care about its employees working in the field under challenging environment. There is no proper guidance and support from anyone. There is no work life balance, no sundays, no holidays, work can last from morning 8 to evening 8. MBA students from good B-school are requested to search for a better alternative.
