As I was an employee there, I explore and learnt a lot. I experienced about the cement industry and the work. How to build relationship with the existing customers and new customers, and existing dealers, subdealer and new one. I learned how to take meetings regarding cement with contractors and mansion. I was personally satisfied with product quality that makes more easy for me to explain and conversion. The most I liked was very supporting seniors who helped me in making right decision.

...also not big issue. The problem was I was not been paid a rupees for relocating. As asked the Hr he refused to pay even for the expense of relocating. I tried my best their but my financial conditions was going worst day by day. So I had no options except resigning.

Additionally, failure to submit travel expenses promptly through the company portal leads to allowance lapses without provision for review or special consideration which leads to pay from their own pocket.

There is nothing to like about this terrible company. Its run by bunch of Lala's. money driven people. do not care about their old employees. they show no dignity and empathy towards hard working Literally "talented" employees.

...f 30% of old employees without notice stating the reason of them being overaged. They forced them to take voluntary retirement without compensation. They changed the retirement rule all of a sudden and asked the employee to leave their company provided residence within 15 days. If you're planning to work their. please practice working under dictatorship coz your Talent, ideas and creativity will not be entertained. Also they are very biased towards Male employees. they dont hire women.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
