Full on Corporate politics, HR not involving in employees problems with kpi, performance not seen, Hierarchy culture not Good here.

... Cement to anyone. Company culture is 3rd class and also 0 work like balance. No doubt salary is very good but, personal life will be 0 at here. I was mentally disturbed during when i was working in JK Cement. Specifically in Ahmedabad AO office. I would never suggest to work here in this organisation.

Company is good, infrastructure are good in plant, but management is very poor Unit head is not capable for discharge there duty, pure lala company no any qualification for higher posts if you want to time pass and take retirement You should join the company but there is no any learning environment, Just preparing training Callender , HR department is just for following orders, no any value of the any department only commerical department is valuable in the company

My boss was very supportive. Policy is very good. Salary is also good.

Dislikes

There was no work life balance you have to work average 12-14 hours per day. Upper management is not aware about ground problems. They only take care of white and grey cement division, they don't take care about tilemaxx division.
