Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

It's a great company, very good work culture, seniors are so humble & approachable, good work life balance, they treat you as a family member & take care of all needs of employees, having medical insurance which covers your father and mother is very great help by company for employees. Senior management wants quick results without realising the ground situation, 3 state heads within a span of 3 yrs have left, HR has no role , White cement division-Putty there is lot of disparity in competition, Management not at all supportive, company is run by Tyrants and Consultants , who have zero idea of Market, Nepotism and favouritism is the way of working, morning to evening zoom call, ZERO job security
