It has excellent policies for the employees to ensure balanced work to life ratio and stress free work environment. Management gives full attention on their manpower towards their development thru various training and development policies. Top management see all the employees with equal eyes and there is no limit for the right candidate as far as development, growth or remuneration is concerned..

Growth is slow , salary structure of old employees ( working more than 20 years) as compared to new joining. Vary much difference between new & old employees for same designation , even though double difference.

Everything is Good, pay scale, job security, new learning, training, township, free accommodation etc

Nothing to be dislike, just work load and politics in department which is common in almost every companies.

Salary on time. Little bit learning is there. Lot more challenges.Employee will be very fast in every single things. She/He will be capable to manage lot more unwanted pressure. Your manager will make you habituated to accept the slangs. You will learn how to accept illogical statements just because they are manager.

Dislikes

It's a absolutely worst company. It was not like this before. People used to work here for more than 8-10 years. Now No work life balance. No matter where and which situation you are , you have to attend sudden some illogical virtual meeting. They don't care wheather you are standing under sun heat or rain they will make sure you feel humiliated. No constructive criticism there , only destructive. One RM has joined recently he doesn't seem like he is a manager but seems like he is an author. If you give some logic he will give stupid statement using some good vocabulary and will make that a glorified Shit. They doesn't understand market scenario. Just because they commit some illogical sales value in HO to make there huge salary justified they will push you to acchive that.They are unable to convey market scenario in a right way in HO that is why some illogical pressure in coming. If you want to make your life hell please welcome otherwise don't join here. Everyday you will feel stress. Your health condition will be worst. I don't know other state in West Bengal it's worst.
