No skill development for medical and paramedical staff. Medical department is the most neglected department of the organization and hence no promotions. Biasing is supported at all levels and people who butter their seniors are the ones with growth. Employees do not matter for the company. --Suddenly sifted to other company without thinking about employee's carrier & growth. -- Upper Management Not listen to employee, even Communication gap between uper Mgt & lower Employee. --HR policy are Not good. Biased & depend employee to employee. --Rigid Office timing ,one mint. late we will be deduct As half day force to seat late in office.
