There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the jon training given to new joinees.

JK white cement industries is the best of my knowledge. because of its culture here an existing environment, learning environment, balance with work, good pay & many things which make it good.

all things is good, no work pressure, my senior & colleges are too good but only one thing that i don't like that it is slow carrier growth.

Salary and travelling allowance on time. Before State Head and RSM join, work culture was peaceful.

Dislikes

ZH and RSM don't have any idea how to handle product at launching period. They only wants number doesn't matter where to come. ZH don't listen the genuine market problem if you going to tell him the market problem he'll say "I need results don't give me GYAN".
