In this company there is no job security .The leaders are treating their employee like a hell and they don't even think for their employee family for a once .They always giving g you a mental and physical pressure and this pressure is rising day by day .They always using abusive languages.I am hiteshi my husband is doing job in this company but I am really fed up with this company culture and especially the bosses ...there is no humanity in any leader .I am not taking the names but the state head of haryana is soo biased and soo bad in nature with by husband .He torture him a lot and when it reaches to high I will definitely doing a complain about him .

Jk super as a company is good but seniors especially in lucknow are worst i.e Amar porwal and piyush singh...they torture employee every day and out...because of them I suffered physical and mental health issues...not recommended to join Jk super, lucknow.

Postion is hired as site executive( Site Engineer) but you end u doing sales with contractor and engineers.Credit is the biggest problem and recovering it is nother large task No proper planning to execute any task. No clarity on the current market situation. No inputs taken to improve brand building. No team work No respect on teams meeting or ready to take the input Managers are not ready to address the situation as the way it is No clarity on work tasks or plan on executing the requirement

Complete Lala Company under corporate hood.. anytime they create pressure for resignation.. totally disaster to work here.. The work culture here is beyond toxic—it's downright abusive. Management is incompetent, treating employees like disposable assets rather than valued team members. Favoritism is rampant, and decisions are made behind closed doors with zero transparency. The workload is not only overwhelming but also intentionally designed to break you down, with no regard for work-life balance or mental health. The atmosphere is demoralizing, making it a miserable place to work. Save yourself and look for employment somewhere where you will actually be respected and valued.

...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.they give good salary hike and bonus every year
