Now company policies have been changed, ineligible executive are placed on higher posts which have little or no knowledge of ground reality. Eligibile candidates have little scope for growth, very less hike is given in appraisal inspite of best performance by employee. All this started from1 year back after sever cost cutting and cost optimisation policy being adopted by company

Working environment and salary on time, some other benifits also provides like food phone bills, transportation which is excluded from CTC.

Work distribution all over departments is not proper and relevant, unrelevent work also in job role.

Company is good, infrastructure are good in plant, but management is very poor Unit head is not capable for discharge there duty, pure lala company no any qualification for higher posts if you want to time pass and take retirement You should join the company but there is no any learning environment, Just preparing training Callender , HR department is just for following orders, no any value of the any department only commerical department is valuable in the company

In the period of Covid 19 many companies have deducted their employees salary but our company have provided salary to their employees even to ofroll workers on time. Also a lot of social work done by the company like distribution of Nosemask, Faceshield, Sanitizer etc.😊😊😊

Dislikes

I think all employees should be equal in from of the company but here HOD is the most powerful compare then their subordinate. He can also stop providing national holiday to their subordinate. Apart from this Apart from this there is no flaw in the company

JK white cement industries is the best of my knowledge. because of its culture here an existing environment, learning environment, balance with work, good pay & many things which make it good.

all things is good, no work pressure, my senior & colleges are too good but only one thing that i don't like that it is slow carrier growth.
