... Cement to anyone. Company culture is 3rd class and also 0 work like balance. No doubt salary is very good but, personal life will be 0 at here. I was mentally disturbed during when i was working in JK Cement. Specifically in Ahmedabad AO office. I would never suggest to work here in this organisation.

My boss was very supportive. Policy is very good. Salary is also good.

Dislikes

There was no work life balance you have to work average 12-14 hours per day. Upper management is not aware about ground problems. They only take care of white and grey cement division, they don't take care about tilemaxx division.

Dislikes

Everything. Can't comment about other departments but in Sales it's a nightmare. My life's greatest mistake of joining here. Daily sales plan is there and company would ask you sales but have no regards for complaints settelment or competitors activities. My humble advise, never ever join in JK Cement. Thank me later.
