There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the jon training given to new joinees.

Work culture is worst on Bengal. State Head and his previous company team are the worst ever. Don't know how to handle team and how to configure market. Only do numbers without listening actual market scenario
