In the situation of covid 19 company didn't cut the salary of their employees even JK Agri genetics give advance salary in that wrost condition when other companies were in silent mode.

We have done approximately 1.5 years in JK AGRI management but didn't growth our package at once there is lot of gap between communicate at the time of joining and after. I think company should change their travel policy which very worst DA is only Rs. 125 for TM which is very low employee can't eat at any well hotel which affects on work style.

Job description and the allotted works are totally different, salary structure is not according to designation given. Increments are in general to all which effects who does really contribute to the business
