I had a wonderful experience working at JJIT. The work culture is positive and fosters growth. The team members are supportive and collaborative, creating a great environment for achieving our goals together. The Head of Department is approachable and treats everyone like a friend, making communication easy and open. Overall, it was a great place to work, with a balance of professionalism and camaraderie.

work environment good , some team mates are supportive. The banking domain knowledge and database they given to new joiner

Dislikes

...uggle lot. there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address the issue. Salary not hike every year as they say at interview time. Not appreciate for any thing your all credit take by management and super senior employees.
