Pune Office is not good, customers coming for training laugh at office infrastructure and location. Office location and infra should be improved, it gives very bad impression

Depends on the team you are in, but in general it's an average company. Salary and hikes are not good. No much work pressure, relaxed environment. But growth is nil or very slow pace

Puts you into comfort zone, sometimes even lethargic Your efforts are sometimes not rewarded rightly HR is non responsive and almost non existent

Salaries are less compared to the market. No or limited recreational/team activities. No outings, or team lunches. Very limited growth

Now a day it's like some specific region people are encouraged (teulgu). They already lost their very good and skilled management resources. And they give promotion to the people who speak a lot even don't know the work.
