There was literally nothing to like.I left the company a few years back. Its been run by 2 fraudsters. JJ Vallaya and TJ Singh. They abruptly stopped paying employees and then shut down 2 other companies. I was paid for 3 months before I decided to go. They were famous for skimming investors money.

Its was a lala run company by 2 unprofessional brothers. A useless and waste of my one year. No professionalism. No vision to run the company. Not willing to do changes to a bankrupt business.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
