Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They communicate to all of their employees listen to their problems and doesn't show toxic attitude towards the employees

Dislikes

...re not ready to evolve and accept all the necessary changes required to survive. They didn't even pay me salary for my work giving lame excuses of multiple resasons.

Nothing If you just want a certificate it is a great place

Dislikes

Everything Entire internship starts and ends in a whatsapp group. You will generate your own referral code(yes seems like an ponzi) As an intern, they will ask you to sell their overpriced product with your referal link to complete the target(No leads also, manager will advice you to hit on your relatives, friends and neighbors) You will not be able to sell because of poor market fit.(over priced Yoga courses) You will spend money from your pocket to complete the target. Overall it is not a online yoga platform, they are in the business of providing certificates. One has to complete the target to get certificate from them as it is mandatory in MBA/BBA.
