...this company. Work environment is TERRIBLE (unnecessary shouting and blaming) Salary is never on time usually delayed by months. Also there is strict rule that if u take holidays on Saturday, your deduction will also be made for Sunday. Anybody coming to office even around 10:01 you will be charged from your days salary. I have seen people not turning up to office just within 3 days of their joining as their internal conditions are unbelievable. You will be assured of so many things during the interview but nothing is really followed. Internal staff here is mentally tortured by management. No privacy for ladies here your personal drawers can be checked anytime by office staff for what so ever reasons. Abuses are in the air. If you are someone who looks for appreciation or atleast a noticeable reward after extreme hardwork, you cannot get here. Thanks

Jiwani group has long standing reputaion in building infrastrucutre development, practicaly in constructing bridges and other critical projects. their experties helped me a lot to learn the business and grow all together, got to know my potential where i havnt explored.

the only draw back is that they are very perticular about time and there is working saturdays as well.
