Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They hire temporarily with good pay.

Dislikes

They will utilise customers database developed by marketing team and will terminate the team, they'll continue the business with customers. Micro management, toxic persons rulling as favorites to the management. Imbalanced working platform with odd company policies,, lacking suitable work environment, career concious people keep away from the trap of higher pay scale, as very short tenure.
