Teammates are supportive but the team management was so poor.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. In media section Reporting manager was so rude or worst ever in my life. He had given a lot of rubbish lectures which were not belongs/related to my job.

...ur life will be terrible, family bussiness never makes you to grow in your life. You have to face all kind of politics, no salary hikes, only chillar you will get if your area manager is happy.. Senior drs never makes you to grow your self, they will destroy your life, to hell,

The cause they are having issues good to treat people with ayurvedic medicines which even works on some of the incurable diseases with no side effects

Incentive structure, incentive is based on the salary not on sales target, even they have two sided seniors one side is Doctor and the other one is AM for operations so it could be sometimes difficult to reach on a single point while making big decisions, even TM is working under AM too so... Even there is certain fix criteria's so the appraisal could be really slow as they have a fixed vision

salary is very low salary and incentive are not on time SO MUCH changes in shift timing MANAGER TL HR behavior IS VERY BAD THEY WANT TO US TO BEHAVE LIKE WE ARE IN SCHOOL SO MUCH CHIK CHIK FOR LEAVE DEDUCTIONS SO MUCH

Jiva ayurveda is good place to work beacuwe they give chance to the people who deserves to be promoted according to hierarchy.

Though due to pandemic employees could not get the annual appraisal in salary yet they are helping their employees to WFH and take PCs and required things to setlle WFH without firing and cutting wages of employees
