Teammates are supportive but the team management was so poor.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. In media section Reporting manager was so rude or worst ever in my life. He had given a lot of rubbish lectures which were not belongs/related to my job.

The working culture is very bad here. If someone likes to work in the vegetable market, then he can work here.

Dislikes

...is no respect for the employee and his talent. Mentally harassment happens here.If you take a leave of 2-3 days, then they also stop your entire monthly salary. Some employees here talking profanely, sometimes these people even start abusing. You can't work with a free mind here. The project manager acts like Goth.

Jiva ayurveda work enviornment is very good , seniors behaviour towards their team is also excellent it was wonderful experience to wrok with jiva ayurveda because as a fresher i was joined but my experince which i take which i learned is great .

Everything is perfect in jiva ayurveda only may be according to work comapny should think to increase salary criteria according to employee skills .

...ur life will be terrible, family bussiness never makes you to grow in your life. You have to face all kind of politics, no salary hikes, only chillar you will get if your area manager is happy.. Senior drs never makes you to grow your self, they will destroy your life, to hell,
