...y Manager was empathetic and logical in comparison to most of our Sr. Managers. - Salary on Time - Opportunity to work and learn from best in the industry. - The Ghansoli campus is beautiful with an opportunity to utilize Gym, Swimming pool, Yoga, etc - Good Life, Health and Accidental Insurance

- High pressure from Top to Bottom management - Unrealistic targets - No appropriate training in terms of the actual practical work we would be doing. The company has a good L&D department with it's online e-learning course but all in vain if we don't get manager's support. - The management doesn't really know the right direction of process to reach our company's vision . A lot of trail and error goes on. -Work during weekends and long working weekdays. - Late night meetings (Sometimes till 2-3 am) specially during festive season without any comp-off or overtime pay was a shock to me. - The company one day decided that they need to centralise all the employees to Hyderabad and we were left in a situation to either move to Hyderabad or start looking for another company

Bad work life balance, Seniors are sometimes rude in reviews, Salary below industry benchmark . HR has no clue about how to help in development of employees. Increments are not being given.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the menagement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary. hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn"but career growth is slow there is bond with of 2year before which you cannot resign on. On the job trinig is not given to fewe jonbnes.

Decent work life balance. Not much growth in salary but whatever they pay you comes in time. Growth and learning opportunities aren't that great.

Where to begin. Too much hierarchy. Have to present same thing to 4-5 times. All focus is on making ppts and attending meetings.

Honestly....only Health Insurance Service (in this also employee do pay the healthy annual premium)

...ork life balance is zero Fake commitments from management Job security is zero Salary satisfaction is zero Career growth is nothing Once you joined Reliance & then outside no other company will entertain you for same profile. (Inshort joining Reliance means putting your career on risk) So, Requesting other employees please do consider all these points before joining Reliance.
