This company is very excellent it gives work -life balance is good and they gave salary is better than other companies and job security for worker and work is so powerful and satisfaction

Doesn't to dislike this company so no matter that we dislike the company based on salary or security whatever doesn't to dislike matter in company

Good work environment and culture . Teammets are supportive and The management is transparent

Is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

No friendly environment, juniors not treated well.

Compensation is not good, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 22 hours straight in a day as I have to attend conference calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers don't value an individual sender unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my seniors.

...partment. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. Constant long duration reviews on daily basis increases stress and pressure.
