Nothing to be liked, Not an employee friendly company.

Dislikes

People at Leadership take credit of all the hard work done by the team. No hike and promotion for years. 5 days mandatory work from office, 9 hr per days to be maintained. No benefits for employees. Jio only pays and promotes people from premium institute such as IIT, irrespective of their performance. They ignore hard working talanted people from non premium institute.

Likes

Salary is never delayed, even during covid there were no cutbacks at manager levels. Support from medical team is fantastic and facilities in the office are excellent. Extremely helpful hr team when it comes to any queries or issues with anything concerning hr like payslips or mediclaim or tax saving options

Dislikes

High amount of deduction in CTC as compared to other companies, working hours while flexible are still quite demanding. Appraisal percentage per annum is not in line with inflation and affects employees who intend to stay for a long time. Timely appraisal every year would go a long way in assuring employees about concern for them. There is stunted or no growth on role until the employee clamours for a change even if they are a high performer

Great Campus. Great Facilities. Depending on team and own passion it is possible to learn and grow

Dislikes

Hike and compensation is not upto the mark. HR is not professional and keeps changing unwritten rules. Mandatory health insurance deducted from within CTC which wont be mwntioned beforehand.

Those don't have job its good for them to get the minimum salary

.... not having any single CL/EL no leaves provided to the third party employees. If you absent your salary will get deducted. very bad with Reliance JIO name. They should think about the third party employees facility.

only thing is that it is a reputed company

salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given
