Very poor increment culture your salary and medical policy will be grow equally I joint in 2018 on 20400 now I was getting 21800 in 2023 so you can imagine the growth rate

It's great to work with big company but there is prons and cons are attached salary are restricted to limit now a days. For fixed Eng 3.5lakhs/annual.
