There was no salary increment for the last 2 years. Company haven't provided the laptop or mobile phone for the work and I was doing work from home. I understood that there will not be any growth in my career. So I have served the notice period of 30 days. So as per the policy, I was supposed to get my salary after 45 days, but I got the salary after 59 days. Till now I have not received my Payslip, Form 16 and not even my experience letter. Tried contacting HR several times, there was no helpful reply .

Their are many more things , that's negative points 1. First of all no work- life and personal life balancing 2. No encourage for your effort for every things 3. No extra charges for late time work for company 4. many time company doesn't provide travelling allowance which travel are done for company . 5.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
