No dought company is good, having good process and systems As I was a part of operation as well as project team nd I given more than 11 years in two part to company, but few persons are playing game and showing wrong pictures to management and doing in cash.

Salary structure not good for working persons. Job security is not there. So many politics is there. Chamcha giri is too much.

Work culture is good. We have a good opportunity to learn and grow my career. I will get good time for my family and personal life. Campus of Jio is one of the best in India. I will get many options to explore in my life.

I heard that salary hikes are not according to the startup companies. You will have to keep patience here for the one time opportunity for the more success in your life.

...o gets engaged and perform that task. U can survive without doing anything also. but if u don't learn it would be your fault as company compensation policy needs to be improved and u will regret as after sometime ur skills become irrelevant and u won't find a job outside.

... scrutiny, you will be overworked, severely underpaid, with no growth prospects. If your vertical is not in their scrutiny, you can vegetate at a single designation and salary, for years and years. There are a lot of people here who are on the payroll because they have some connections with the owner's family. Theyve been given fat pay packages and senior positions, without the skill to operate those positions effectively. If you find yourself under someone like that, life will be hell, nothing less.

Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

Dislikes

...ason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development. PS-6 days a week at circle level while NHQ follows 5 days a week schedule.
