Nothing to be liked, Not an employee friendly company.

Dislikes

People at Leadership take credit of all the hard work done by the team. No hike and promotion for years. 5 days mandatory work from office, 9 hr per days to be maintained. No benefits for employees. Jio only pays and promotes people from premium institute such as IIT, irrespective of their performance. They ignore hard working talanted people from non premium institute.

Culture of Reliance is very good and salary also good with excellent job security. Flexible working hour policy is here which makes it better place to work,

promotions are poor .. which is dissatisfaction point

Need to remove all top management .they are enjoying working nothing ..whole days threating to give PIP their reporties ..name of the motivation nothing ..they are not thinking about other family pathetic culture ..they hired for manager level bt they don't understand mumbai market .how they are working like they want close Mumbai SMB n Enterprise team....they not thinking about jio they are very selfish.

1. No job security, 2. All policy only on paper 3. HR like rubber stamp or only to threatened the employee 4. No promotion policy only if you can buttering to your boss will work. I joined the company on 2nd nov 2015, got A* rating every year but could not got promoted. My emp code at jio 55051353
