...benefitted. New talents with hell lot of work pressure getting harassed by them. HR is always finding ways to cut employees salary. You have to beg for your appraisals and ratings, in spite of 200% of work and dedication, you will get a lollypop of 2-4 %. They will take a heavy part of your salary held in the name of PLI, but will give back after deducting from it too. No work life balance. Disown your family if you want to work here.

Nothing to be liked, Not an employee friendly company.

People at Leadership take credit of all the hard work done by the team. No hike and promotion for years. 5 days mandatory work from office, 9 hr per days to be maintained. No benefits for employees. Jio only pays and promotes people from premium institute such as IIT, irrespective of their performance. They ignore hard working talanted people from non premium institute.

If you want to work with full security, than you are most welcome, else everything is biased in nature.

Dislikes

Salary Hike system, management culture, Upper level only takes decisions as per their suitability and does not even listen to field team for whom the decision has made. Overall, company polices are good but the company management is pathetic and never listen to anyone.

Working for reliance has below pros .Job security .No delay in salary .Good work life balance ( except for operation & maintenance team) they have to standby for 24×7 as we're working on live network .Sufficient leave & paid holidays .Good HR policy .Reliance treats you like their family members so they give gifts ands discount on reliance brands on time to time basis Good atmosphere if someone wants to learn something new most of things were available at thier learning portals . Flexible work timing .New ideas are always welcome here

Dislikes

Things I don't like here are . Salary growth is very low . Promotion increament just around 15-20% depends on your working city . As it is a totally NHQ driven organisation so sometimes thier SOP becomes challenge even for small task approval it also affects company's business but don't know why they long chain of escalation matrix for even small task & project
